1. Q: Do you have in - stock items?
A: We have spot goods (excluding customized and individual models). For large - quantity orders or participation in activities, please consult customer service in advance about delivery time. 2. Q: What's your transportation method and how about freight?

4. Q: What's your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: For our in- stock products, MOQ can be 1 or 2 pieces. For customized items, MOQ is generally 100 pieces (except for a few products). Consult our customer service.
 
5. Q: Do you have your own factory?
A: Yes. Our factory is in Dongguan, a renowned garment manufacturing city in China. We've specialized in women's clothing for nearly 24 years, with a factory area over 8000 square meters and over 200 employees.
 
6. Q: How about sample cost? 
A: Our sample fee is 80- 100 yuan (depending on clothing style). The sample fee will be refunded after bulk order production. After sample approval, we'll make minor changes as per your requirements (excluding harsh ones). If the whole sample needs changing, you need to pay the sample fee again.
